You will love Hannah’s story! Hannah’s family had a farm as she was growing up and one of her many “lessons learned” was how to drive a tractor. She says that this farm experience taught her independence and hard work and led to her to a love of agriculture. Now she is a local Cooperative Extension Agent for Youth Development in Dinwiddie County and as she works with youth she is instilling those same values. She decided to write a girl empowerment book, “Girls Can Drive Tractors” and you will meet Hannah and hear all of her wonderful anecdotes. Bring a bag lunch; drinks and desserts will be provided.
